Creative Toys wanted to restructure and optimise its online store. The new website presents a new concept of product navigation and visualisation, aligned with the new entertainment trends, as well as an optimisation of the purchasing processes.

STRATEGY

From the main differences in the new online store, we highlight:

  • New institutional area and multilingual online store;
  • New R&D product area;
  • Revamped UI/UX for the store, with a new concept of browsing experience;
  • Automatic integration with the logistics center, which allows the organisation of stock and shipment via a carrier that helps with the processing, collection and delivery of customer orders;
  • Integration with the customer's ERP system, which allows managing data, re-sources and processes, by simplifying operational processes, controlling stock, costs and deadlines;
  • Integration of ATM and Credit Card payments with Easypay.
