Miranda Bike Parts is a Portuguese brand specialized in the development of high quality parts for bicycles, mainly electric, with more than 65 years in the market.
However, despite having premium brands with KTM, SCOTT, HAIBIKE, MONDRAKER and CANYON, the company was not well known to the end consumer, which was reflected in a low conversion rate in the online store.
One of the key aspects of an Online Store is to reduce shopping cart abandonment rates by improving conversion rates. Although the company already had an online store, its conversion rate was very reduced.
